Shipping Policy

Warehousing and Delivery Locations

Bigbahn implements a dual-center warehousing operation model, integrating global supply chain resources with European local fulfillment capabilities.

Our European operations headquarters is located in Eibelstadt, Germany (Address: Am Sportpark 4, 97246), equipped with a local professional team that fully coordinates European-wide warehousing management, logistics distribution, and after-sales supporting services. For the rest of the global markets, the company has established regional offices in Hong Kong (China), Jakarta (Indonesia), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) respectively, dedicated to coordinating cross-border logistics collaboration in their respective regions.

Delivery Time

  • Standard B2B Bulk Orders: Upon receipt of the deposit and order confirmation, the regular production and shipping cycle is 20–30 days (excluding transit time).

  • In-Stock Accessories: Adequate inventory of hardware and various supporting parts is constantly maintained to ensure quick dispatch and on-time delivery, taking approximately 3–5 business days.

Modes of Transportation and Loading Specifications

  • Containerized Goods: Container sea freight and truck freight. Standard container loading specifications are as follows:

    • 20'GP Container: Loads approximately 8 pallets / 20 CBM

    • 40'HQ Container: Loads approximately 16 pallets / 40–45 CBM

  • Small-Batch or Fragmented Orders: For samples or small-batch orders, shipping is typically conducted via international courier services or standard local carrier logistics.

Product Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Moisture-Proof and Stability Control: Panels undergo 48 hours of constant-temperature conditioning prior to ex-factory dispatch, strictly locking the moisture content within 6%–14% to prevent blistering, warping, or dimensional deviation caused by long-distance transit and temperature fluctuations.

  • Export Compliance: All products comply with EU requirements, ensuring smooth customs clearance.

Price Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, international B2B orders typically adopt EXW and FOB terms, while deliveries within the European Union apply DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

Goods Sign-off Inspection and Damage Claims

  • According to the commercial practices of the German Commercial Code (§ 377 HGB): The buyer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery, and promptly report any damages, missing quantities, or product defects.

  • Any visible outer packaging damage or transit loss: Must be noted immediately on the carrier's delivery receipt (waybill), and notified to Bigbahn in writing within 3 business days of receipt, accompanied by relevant photographic evidence, to facilitate transportation claims and subsequent replacements or other operations.

Packaging and Pallet Standards

  • Pallet Packaging: All bulk cargo transportation utilizes standard-compliant fumigation-free recycled pallets or Euro pallets, supplemented by edge protectors, moisture-proof inner packaging, and high-strength strapping to withstand the transportation risks posed by multi-stage transits in Europe.

  • Carton Packaging: Complies with the EU PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) to ensure packaging materials are recyclable and reusable.
