Laminate Options
In BIGBAHN's technical architecture, Compact Laminate typically refers to a high-thickness, structural HPL (High-Pressure Laminate). It is a solid composite material produced by fusing multiple layers of thermosetting resin-impregnated papers under high temperature and high pressure.

- Wood Grain / Stone / Metallic finish
While Compact Laminate itself is quite heavy, in the RV industry it is typically used as a surface finish (HPL layer). To meet weight-reduction goals, it is recommended to laminate it onto a lightweight poplar-eucalyptus core or a PET foam core, rather than using solid, thick Compact Laminate panels.
